The crisp white base is lifted with the vibrant colours of the Cherry on Top patterned paper and the bright cheerful colours of the various embellishments.
When Stampin' Up! first introduced Sequins to the catalogue I flinched, with memories of a childhood spent mostly in various dancing costumes, covered in sequins. I think that's perhaps why I'm not a girl of bling … however, I am slowly warming to the odd flash of sparkle like this. Return to wearing them? …. I'm a long way off that.
Build a Birthday Stamp Set is such a fun stamp set and I just love how it comes with a candle wick that can top a simple strip of Washi tape … so effective.
