Oh, Hello

Oh, Hello Ladies .....

This was the little set that formed last night's craft class for my 7 ladies ... and what a lovely evening it was too and with a few giggles along the way.

The cute little gift bag was embellished with a Creped Filter Paper flower and some of the Afternoon Picnic Designer Series Paper, which I just love. These flowers are so easy to make, yet so effective, that I could go on and make a whole bouquet of them.

The beauty of the chevron in the set, is it can be inked up with the Marvellous Marker Pens, to create whatever array of colours that you wish. The ladies actually thought at first that it was patterned paper and not a strip of card stock stamped.

Since we had the Oval Framelits and the Big Shot out, I thought we would create an aperture for the next card and a suspended image. I've never really worked with apertures, but I really liked the effect with a stamped image behind.

The key with this card is to cut the aperture, then emboss, or the big shot will flatten the embossed image as you cut the aperture.

This stamp set has an Invite sentiment included, so it would be great for making your own Invitations.

Wood: £22.95 - Clear: £17.95
Right now, if you wanted to design an invitation card and have coordinating favours for your party, then there's a special deal on the Designer Series Papers. Until the end of August if you buy 3 packs of qualifying DSP, then you get one pack Free!

Get in contact for more details or to place an order. Any orders placed that are over £45 receive free Postage direct to your door, so no need to live locally.

Hoping you are all getting excited for the new Autumn/Winter Catalogue addition that is just around the corner .... we'll be jumping from Afternoon Picnics to Christmas sooner than you'd care to think.

'til then, Happy Crafting
Mikaela x
