I've had a few boys cards to make of late and I simply cant resist but make use of me old favourite, the Owl Punch.
I found inspiration from Pinterest for this great little Pirate card that I think is a real booty!
The back ground was created using The Open Sea Stamp Set, which is a great little set for masculine cards and just perfect to accompany our matey here.
There's miles of use with the Owl Punch and it's one for your collection that you won't be disappointed with and will use time and time again.

Baaa It's Lambing season
Spring is trying desperately to appear, but lambing season has started and I couldn't resist but make a few Sheep Bookmarks to literally mark the occasion. I'm thinking that a little bow to one ear, may just lift these a little and make them suitable for a boy or girl.
Don't you just love the versatility of the Owl Punch? Whooooo would have thought it could produce so many fun things!
The Owl Builder punch can be found in the current Annual Catalogue for £15.50 (118074) and is well worth having in your collection.

Owl Punch - A Hoot of a Birthday
Those of you who know me of old, know that I grew up with the love of Owls and so the Owl Punch has always been a fail safe for me when it comes to making a card or two.
These past few days I've been having to make up quite a batch of cards for forthcoming Birthdays and I often find myself reverting back to this punch for inspiration. There are so many ways that this punch can be used, that I don't think I'll ever part with it.
Here I have used a retired Designer Series Paper for the tree bark and the gorgeous Twitterpated Designer Series Papers for the owls chest. Aren't they just so cute?!
I wonder just how many cards I will get to make with this punch in it's lifetime? .... or mine? I'm sure if it had been around when I was making my Wedding Invitations, I'd have used it for them.
Is the Owl punch one of your favourites? ....
